On Sunday September 27, 2020, Merlet is organizing the next Chef's Collaboration, this time with a very special international chef.
As a young chef, Jonathan Zandbergen was inspired by the dishes in his cookbooks and finds it a great honor to welcome this impressive cooking hero to his kitchen for a special chef's collaboration.
Michel Roux, 2-star chef and author of various cookbooks, will travel from London to Schoorl with his team. In London he runs the world famous restaurant Le Gavroche. You can also enjoy his cooking at Roux at the Landau and Roux at Parliament Square.
Jonathan Zandbergen and Michel Roux will compose an 8-course menu with “French Classics” as the theme.
Due to the enormous enthusiasm, several tables have already been reserved on pre-registration and there are only a few places left for lunch and dinner. So be quick when you want to experience the next edition!
The 8-course menu is 225.00 euros per person, including a glass of Champagne Taittinger, bread and table water, coffee and friandises.
