The reservation must be received at least 3 days before the date of the stay. If you wish to stay in the shorter term, we advise you to contact us by telephone on telephone number 072-5093644. The fields Surname, Initials, Salutation, Total number of persons, Telephone number, E-mail and Date are entered correctly and truthfully. If one of the fields mentioned in Article 1 has not been filled in or has been entered incorrectly, Restaurant Hotel Merlet reserves the right not to process the reservation. The reservation is final after you have received a confirmation e-mail from us. These conditions will be interpreted to the letter of Dutch law. If one or more points from this agreement are not valid for the law, the other points remain valid without change. |
